Position Overview

We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented End Prep Technician to join our team. This role involves working with exotic metals and utilizing hand grinders and precision measurement tools to prepare parts for further processing. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and mark parts using a tape measure and calculator.
• Operate hand grinders to prepare and smooth metal edges and surfaces.
• Perform cutting, deburring, and surface finishing to prepare parts for further processing.
• Work with high-performance alloys such as titanium and Inconel.
• Ensure all parts meet quality standards and specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and properly maintain tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of measurement tools (tape measure, calculator, etc.).
• Willingness to learn hand grinder operation and other machinery.
• Experience working with exotic metals is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience is preferred but not required.
