Position Overview

We’re hiring a detail-oriented and safety-minded Electrospinning Production Operator to join our growing Claremore team. The Electrospinning Production Operator will work hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring product consistency, machine efficiency, and safety compliance throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor electrospinning production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Control web path tension to ensure consistent product quality.
• Use forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials as required.
• Inspect machinery regularly to detect potential issues or hazards.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain organized workspaces and follow all safety and 5S standards.

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push, and pull up to 51 lbs (heavier loads require assistance).
• Stand and walk for up to 90% of the shift.
• Crouch or kneel up to 15% of the day.
• Sit during breaks or when operating a forklift (~10% of the day).
• Work around mechanical drives, pinch points, and industrial noise.
• Exposure to hot/cold temperatures and moving industrial vehicles.
