Job Title: Textile Process Technician

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrospinning Production Operator to join our growing team in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in textile manufacturing and/or converting, specifically in web path handling and tension control. This position offers long-term growth potential within a rapidly expanding and innovative industry.

Key Responsibilities

·         Operate and manage production equipment in an electrospinning textile environment.

·         Monitor and adjust web path tension to meet production and quality standards.

·         Conduct quality control checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.

·         Maintain equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operation.

·         Adhere to safety standards and follow all production protocols and procedures.

Physical Requirements

·         Ability to lift and push/pull up to 51 lbs (assistance required for weights over 102 lbs).

·         Must be able to stand and walk for approximately 90% of the shift.

·         Crouching or kneeling required approximately 15% of the shift.

·         Sitting permitted during breaks or while operating a forklift (10% of shift).

Additional Requirements

·         Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts.

·         Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.

·         Familiarity with web path tension control systems and procedures.
