Electromechanical

Pay: $28/hour
Location: Catoosa
Shift: 4 days on / 4 days off, day and night shifts available (assigned by supervisor upon hire)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical technician to join our Catoosa facility. The Electromechanical role is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, and ensuring machinery operates within safety and quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills

·         5+ years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic Tech in a manufacturing environment

·         High school diploma or GED preferred; technical school certification strongly desired

·         Proven experience in electromechanical maintenance within an industrial setting

·         Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

·         Hands-on experience with shear machines, press brakes, paint booths, and welding heads

·         Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

·         Skilled with diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools

·         Strong problem-solving and communication skills

·         Technical certification in electromechanical systems preferred

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·         Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on shear machines, press brakes, paint booths, and welding heads

·         Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues using testing tools and schematics

·         Conduct inspections and calibrations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

·         Repair or replace motors, sensors, relays, and control systems

·         Collaborate with production and engineering teams on equipment upgrades and process improvements

·         Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts usage

·         Train operators on basic equipment care and troubleshooting

·         Operate rigging equipment to place heavy machinery, align gears, and attach motors

·         Service and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems as a dedicated Electromechanical technician

·         Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols

Preferred Education

·         Technical certification or vocational training in electromechanical systems preferred
