Electrical Supervisor

Pay: $70K-80K/YR.

Hours: Monday- Friday Day shift

Job Description:

Studies, schedules and estimates time, cost, and labor estimates for products, services, and/or completion of job assignments. Requisitions material required to meet production goals. Interprets specifications, blueprints, electrical diagrams, and job orders to employees and assign duties. Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules, using knowledge of capacities of machines and equipment. Examines assembled products to determine if items meet tolerance specifications. Ensures failed products are required to meet specifications. Recommends measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of product, and suggest changes in working conditions to increase efficiency. Analyzes and resolves work problems, and/or assists employees in solving work problems. Supervises workers who use hand tools, jigs, and various power tools and equipment. Routine trouble shooting and problem solving, including finding ways of improvement for long-term solution. Encourage continuous idea generation from team members for continuous process improvement in cost, time, and safety.

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Electrical Journeyman’s license or a minimum of 5 years commercial electrical construction experience. Minimum 5 years in general management experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
