Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance technician to support facility and equipment operations in Tulsa. The Electrical Maintenance role focuses on electrical troubleshooting, repair, installation, and preventative maintenance within an industrial production environment.

This Electrical Maintenance position plays a key role in maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safe plant operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Electrical Maintenance role includes:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and industrial equipment
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on electrical components and machinery
• Install and maintain wiring, conduit, motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, and control panels
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Inspect systems for hazards, defects, and required adjustments
• Utilize testing tools such as multimeters, voltage testers, and amp clamps
• Document maintenance and repair activities accurately
• Assist with basic mechanical repairs when needed
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as an electrical maintenance technician or industrial electrician
• Strong knowledge of motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, and control circuits
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
• Proficiency with electrical testing and diagnostic equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in an industrial environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
