Electrical Assembler

Pay: $15 - $17 per hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our team in Pryor, OK. This role involves assembling electronic components, subassemblies, products, and systems by following work orders, drawings, and instructions. The ideal candidate will have good hand-eye coordination, strong documentation skills, and a commitment to quality and precision.

Important: Candidates must be able to pass a tape measure test before being submitted for consideration.

Key Responsibilities

·         Assemble electronic components and subassemblies based on work orders, drawings, and instructions.

·         Position and secure parts using crimping, staking, soldering, and fastening techniques.

·         Mount components, connect wires, install assemblies, and attach hardware.

·         Ensure all work meets industry standards and follows company quality guidelines.

·         Maintain accurate documentation and records of assembly work.

Qualifications & Requirements

·         Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.

·         Physical Requirements:

o    Strong hand-eye coordination for assembling small electronic components.

o    Good vision (including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus).

o    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

o    Ability to stand and sit frequently throughout the shift.
