Driver/Shipping & Receiving Clerk

• Pay: $17 - $20 per hour (DOE).
• Location: Sapulpa, OK.
• Shift: 1st shift (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday) with Saturdays as needed.
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.

Job Brief:

We are hiring a Driver/Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our Sapulpa, OK location. This role involves managing the daily shipment and receipt of materials, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and operating equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes. This is a temp-to-hire position with competitive pay based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Prepare, package, and ship materials accurately and efficiently.
• Receiving and Sorting: Scan, sort, and inspect incoming and outgoing stock.
• Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts to move materials and assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Load Management: Secure loads and ensure proper tie-downs for trailer shipments.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Schedule: Work Monday to Friday, 6 AM – 4:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays when needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years of related experience (preferred).
• Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Equipment Knowledge: Forklift and overhead crane experience required.
• Load Securing: Familiarity with tie-down procedures for trailer shipments.
• Reliability: Strong attendance and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
