Job Title: Draftsman

Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Draftsman to join our client’s growing team near Pawnee, OK. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers long-term stability and competitive pay. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with a background in industrial drafting or steel fabrication highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Create and revise technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks

·         Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop accurate fabrication and installation drawings

·         Interpret project specifications and engineering notes

·         Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations

·         Support active construction and repair projects involving above ground storage tanks

Qualifications:

·         Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks

·         Experience in steel fabrication or a related industrial field preferred

·         High attention to detail and drawing accuracy

·         Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents

·         Strong communication and organizational skills
