Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Dishwasher to support kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This Dishwasher role is essential to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards while helping keep kitchen operations running smoothly.

What the Dishwasher Will Be Doing

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, glassware, and utensils
• Wash, dry, and properly store kitchen items
• Assist with basic food preparation and event setup as needed
• Maintain stock levels and report supply needs
• Ensure all hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards are followed
• Support overall kitchen efficiency during service hours

Required Qualifications for the Dishwasher

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior kitchen or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to obtain an Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work required shifts

Work Environment

• Fast-paced casino setting
• Exposure to bright lights, noise, and secondhand smoke
• Weekend availability required
