Job Position: Deburr Operator
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Location: North East Tulsa
Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Overtime as needed)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Deburr Operator to support manufacturing operations by ensuring parts meet blueprint, quality, and surface finish requirements prior to assembly or shipment. This role focuses on deburring, surface finishing, and basic assembly in a production environment.
The Deburr Operator will work with fabricated and machined parts made from various alloys while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Deburr fabricated, machined, and manufactured parts made from various alloys
• Apply surface finishes per blueprint and finish callouts
• Use calipers and measuring equipment to verify part dimensions
• Perform basic sheet metal assembly operations
• Install rivets and aircraft hardware per specifications
• Use basic shop tools safely and effectively
• Maintain quality and productivity standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of deburring experience with fabricated, machined, or manufactured parts
• Knowledge of deburring practices
• Understanding of surface finish requirements and applications
• Experience with aircraft component assembly
• Experience installing rivets and aircraft hardware
