Position Overview

We are hiring immediately for a driven and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a fast-paced construction environment in Tulsa. This Data Entry Clerk role is critical to daily operations and is ideal for someone who works well under pressure, communicates clearly, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. This is not a passive desk job — it requires focus, urgency, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy
• Scan and enter invoices into a new invoicing system (80–90% of role)
• Maintain and update spreadsheets for purchasing and order tracking
• Support the purchasing team with administrative and organizational tasks
• Communicate clearly and directly with internal teams
• Stay organized in a deadline-driven, high-demand environment
• Ask questions, take initiative, and proactively solve problems

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable with direct communication and fast decision-making
• Willingness to ask questions and seek clarification
• Previous data entry or purchasing experience preferred
