Pay: $36.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide desktop and IT support for end users across a healthcare network in Tulsa, OK. The Customer Service Representative will assist with computer setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and software support, ensuring reliable and efficient technology performance. This position also requires excellent communication and documentation skills and occasional after-hours on-call support.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral equipment following standard IT procedures.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and end-user support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Document actions, resolutions, and communication using the ticket management system.
• Assist with hardware moves, adds, changes, and repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure efficient problem resolution.
• Prepare and maintain hardware inventory and documentation for system updates and repairs.
• Participate in the implementation and upgrade of IT applications and systems.
• Provide on-call support outside of normal business hours as scheduled.
Qualifications
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT support or related technical assistance role.
• Demonstrated understanding of desktops, laptops, software, networking, and IT systems management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Proven ability to multi-task while documenting and resolving user issues accurately.
• Associate degree in a computer-related field preferred; high school diploma plus two years’ experience acceptable.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean MVR, and proof of insurance for off-site support.
Preferred Skills
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows-based environments.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and troubleshooting utilities.
• Experience working directly with end users or healthcare staff a plus.
