Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a professional, high-energy call center team in Oklahoma City. This role focuses on handling inbound inquiries, processing orders, and assisting customers with account information — all while maintaining accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.

The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving questions efficiently and providing top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails to assist customers with orders, account questions, and general inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process orders, returns, and account updates with precision and attention to detail.
• Handle confidential and financial information in accordance with company security policies.
• Document all interactions clearly and follow up to ensure complete issue resolution.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and maintaining accurate data entry.
• Proven reliability with consistent attendance and work ethic.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
