Customer Service Representative
Pay: $15.00 per hour – $19.25 once hired on!
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: SW OKC

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in SW OKC. The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent service, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Job Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process orders, handle returns, and manage transactions with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service experience or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
  • Patience and empathy when working with customers.
