Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Pryor, OK. This role involves supporting customers with order inquiries, product availability, shipping updates, and issue resolution while working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers via phone or in person regarding orders, parts, and complaints • Review blueprints or technical files to determine customer needs • Provide updates on pricing, shipping, delays, and availability • Enter and maintain accurate order details and customer records in the system • Track customer interactions and document actions taken • Coordinate with internal departments to expedite or trace shipments • Verify product inventory and compute order and shipping costs • Resolve billing or service issues and review warranty coverage • Escalate unresolved concerns to the Parts Manager
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent • 1–3 years of related customer service experience preferred • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Accurate data entry and documentation skills • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and database software • Basic understanding of mechanical and technical concepts is a plus • Knowledge of customer service principles and clerical procedures
