Countertop Installer/Helper

Pay: $15 - $17/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with some Saturdays)
Location: Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-time

We’re looking for a Countertop Installer/Helper to join our team in Broken Arrow. In this role, you’ll work on creating and installing beautiful countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, using a range of materials such as granite, quartz, laminate, onyx, and tile. If you have a good eye for detail and enjoy hands-on work, this might be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Install Countertops: Work with a variety of countertop materials, including granite, quartz, laminate, onyx, and tile, to bring kitchen and bath remodels to life.
• Precision Work: Follow installation instructions closely to ensure each countertop fits perfectly.
• Team Communication: Communicate effectively with homeowners and fellow team members to ensure a smooth installation process.
• Heavy Lifting: Safely handle and move large and heavy countertop pieces.
• Tool Proficiency: Use construction tools and power tools to get the job done right.
• Flexible Hours: Occasionally work beyond regular hours to complete projects on schedule.

Skills and Experience Needed:

• Installation Experience: At least 1 year of experience in countertop or stone installation.
• Tool Skills: Comfortable using construction and power tools.
• Detail-Oriented: Focused on getting the details right and following instructions carefully.
• Physical Readiness: Able to lift and handle heavy materials.
• Driver’s License: A valid license is required.
