Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Cooler Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Sapulpa, OK. The Cooler Assembler will be responsible for assembling cooler units and components with accuracy and consistency while following safety, quality, and production standards.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, following blueprints, and producing high-quality finished products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble cooler units and components using blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to ensure precision
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to verify quality compliance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and diagrams
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
