Concrete Mixer Driver

·         Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

·         Location: Broken Arrow, OK

·         Pay: $17–$18 per hour

·         Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (hours may vary based on business needs and weather)

Job Responsibilities

·         Operate a concrete truck safely and efficiently.

·         Batch concrete using the Egan Control Computer.

·         Apply mix design knowledge to ensure proper composition.

·         Maintain an accurate inventory of materials.

·         Keep bins and cement silos fully stocked.

·         Troubleshoot mixers and conveyors as needed.

·         Perform inventory checks and maintenance by climbing silos.

·         Maintain effective communication with work teams by documenting actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.

·         Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all safety regulations.

·         Support team objectives by performing related tasks as needed.

Physical Requirements

·         Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, push, and pull throughout the shift.

·         Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

·         Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

·         Work in a dusty environment regularly.

·         Stand and move on feet for 8–12 hours per shift, including occasional mandatory Saturday shifts.

·         Ability to climb and work at heights as needed for maintenance tasks.
