Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Component Assembler to join a leading manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. The Component Assembler will be responsible for trimming, aligning, and assembling component parts using a variety of hand and machine tools while maintaining precision, safety, and efficiency throughout production.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble component parts using various hand and machine tools.
• Pin obsidian plugs to ensure components are properly aligned and secured.
• Perform work safely and follow all Safety-Sensitive position requirements.
• Conduct final trim work as needed to meet quality standards.
• Complete all required production paperwork and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Perform additional duties or assist with related projects as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and communication skills to meet daily goals.
• Good reading comprehension and ability to follow work instructions.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and collaborate with co-workers to solve problems.
• Familiarity with hand tools and bench equipment.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Physical Requirements

• Moderate physical effort required; must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
• Frequent use of hands and repetitive finger, wrist, elbow, shoulder, or neck motion.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs from floor to waist and hold objects while reaching.
• Clear vision for close-up inspection and assembly tasks.
• Must be able to speak clearly and work in a fast-paced, high-noise environment.

Work Environment

• Climate-controlled manufacturing facility with high noise levels.
• Occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals, fumes, and gases.
