Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Commercial Painter to join our team in Tulsa. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with stable hours and a positive work environment. The ideal Commercial Painter will have hands-on experience prepping surfaces, applying finishes, and ensuring clean, professional results.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare interior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching walls as necessary.
• Mix, match, and apply paint, varnish, or stains to achieve proper color and finish.
• Use brushes, rollers, and sprayers to complete high-quality paint jobs.
• Protect floors and furniture from spills and splatters using appropriate coverings.
• Maintain tools and workspaces by cleaning equipment and organizing supplies.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Keep an accurate inventory of painting materials and report needs to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Commercial Painter preferred.
• Familiarity with various painting tools, techniques, and finishes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Physically able to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Indoor work across various commercial properties.
• May require evening or weekend work depending on project needs.
• Use of ladders, scaffolding, and personal protective equipment required.
