Pay: $17/hr. (Depending on experience)

Hours: Monday – Saturday 1st shift 5:30AM-2PM OR 2nd shift 7AM-4PM

• Surface Preparation Pro: Use your skills and techniques to prepare surfaces for the perfect coating.
• Master Coater: Apply coatings with precision, following provided specs to the letter.
• Equipment Guru: Keep our coating equipment and facilities in tip-top shape.
• Material Maestro: Assemble and prepare coating materials like a true craftsman.
• Quality Checker: Perform checks on parts to ensure they’re ready for the perfect finish.
• Quality Collaborator: Team up with our quality personnel to fix any coating hiccups.
• Record Keeper Extraordinaire: Keep detailed records and logs of your coating adventures.
• All-Rounder: Jump into other related tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications: Here’s what you’ll need to join the team: a high school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
