Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing manufacturing operation in Catoosa. The CNC Programmer will support precision machining operations by programming, setting up, and operating CNC and manual equipment while maintaining quality, safety, and production efficiency standards.
Candidates must be able to pass both a CNC Machinist Quiz and a Decimal & Fraction Math Quiz.
Key Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills (HAAS and Fanuc controls)
Operate and maintain manual machining equipment as needed
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
Train and support new and existing machine operators
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards
Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed
Maintain equipment, estimate production times, and support scheduling
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
Required Experience & Qualifications
Extensive experience with CNC and manual lathes and mills
Proficiency with HAAS and Fanuc controls
Strong blueprint reading and precision measurement skills
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machining equipment
Leadership experience supporting teams across multiple shifts preferred
Manufacturing environment experience required
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards strongly preferred
Ability to pass CNC Machinist and Decimal/Fraction math quizzes (required)
Programming experience using machining software is a plus
