• Position Overview

The CNC Operator is responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards. This CNC Operator role requires strong technical knowledge, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency throughout the machining process.

• Required Experience & Skills

• Previous CNC machining experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of machining tolerances and measurement tools
• Experience operating CNC machines
• Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
• Ability to troubleshoot minor machining issues
• Commitment to safety and production efficiency

• Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances
• Read blueprints, work orders, and machining instructions
• Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas
• Document production and quality checks
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

• Preferred Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Technical training or machining certifications are a plus
