Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable CNC Operator to join a manufacturing team in South East Tulsa. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating CNC mills and lathes to produce parts that meet specifications, quality standards, and production goals in a safety-sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes according to drawings and work instructions

• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy

• Use correct tooling and maintain production efficiency

• Meet daily production quotas while maintaining quality standards

• Keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow in the role

• Work effectively as part of a team

• Perform all tasks in accordance with safety-sensitive position requirements

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred

• Ability to read basic drawings or instructions

• Comfortable using measuring tools

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work full shifts

• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Additional Benefits

• $50 advance available after your first day of work
