Position Overview

We’re seeking a reliable and motivated CNC Operator to join a well-established manufacturing team in Southeast Tulsa. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC mills and lathes to ensure parts meet exact specifications. This position offers steady hours, a strong team environment, and opportunities for growth within a safety-first workplace.

Key Responsibilities

·         Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts per drawings or written instructions.

·         Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, or other precision measuring tools to verify accuracy.

·         Select and use correct tooling for each job while maintaining production quotas.

·         Keep the work area and machines clean to support a safe, efficient workflow.

·         Work effectively as part of a team with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

·         Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and improve technical skills.

·         Perform all duties in accordance with Safety-Sensitive position requirements.

What We’re Looking For

·         Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred.

·         Basic understanding of machine setup, measurement tools, and shop safety.

·         Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

·         Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

·         Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
