Job Position: CNC Operator

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (1st Shift)

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Operator for our client in Neosho, MO. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering weekly pay and benefits. The ideal candidate will have prior CNC machine operation experience and a strong understanding of blueprint interpretation and part inspection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machinery in a production environment

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining

• Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other tools to inspect parts and maintain quality standards

• Conduct routine equipment maintenance and basic repairs

• Fabricate components using various tools and machinery, while adhering to safety protocols

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance required

• Prior CNC machine operating experience preferred

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
