Pay Rate: $18 - $19/hr

Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CNC Operator. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. The CNC Operator will assist in operating CNC Mills and Lathes, ensuring that parts are produced to the required specifications. Key Responsibilities

·         Operate CNC machines (Mills and Lathes) under the supervision of experienced machinists.

·         Perform basic machine adjustments and monitor operations to ensure smooth production.

·         Load materials, load programs, and start machine runs according to specifications.

·         Conduct basic quality checks to ensure parts meet dimensional requirements.

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

·         Follow established safety protocols and operational guidelines.

·         Report machine issues or irregularities to supervisors.

·         Demonstrate a willingness to learn troubleshooting techniques and make minor machine adjustments under supervision.

·         Complete basic paperwork for part tracking and machine operations.

Qualifications & Skills

·         1 year of CNC operating experience preferred, but not required.

·         Strong desire to learn and develop skills in a manufacturing environment.

·         Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.

·         Ability to follow written instructions and procedures accurately.

·         Reliable, punctual, and dedicated work ethic.

·         Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

·         High school diploma/GED required.

·         Experience with basic hand tools is a plus.
