Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator/Machinist to join our second-shift team in Tulsa. The CNC Mill Operator/Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC vertical milling machines, setting up tools and offsets, and ensuring all parts meet strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain CNC 3-axis vertical milling machines.
Work with Fanuc controls to execute machining tasks.
Set tool heights and work offsets accurately.
Use edge finders and measuring tools for precise setup.
Interpret and apply GD&T standards to ensure accuracy.
Perform quality checks to confirm parts meet specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC mills.
Proficiency with Fanuc controls and 3-axis vertical milling machines.
Strong knowledge of GD&T principles.
Skilled in machine setup, including tool heights and offsets.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Capable of lifting 40 lbs. or more in a production setting.
