Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator/Machinist to join our team for the night shift. This is a full-time opportunity with a 4-day, 10-hour schedule and the potential for overtime. Pay ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities"
Set up and operate CNC vertical mills using Fanuc controls.
Utilize GD&T principles to ensure precise manufacturing.
Perform tool height setting and adjust work offsets.
Use edge finders and tape measures to verify measurements.
Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Lift and move materials up to 40 lbs as needed.
Skills Required
Experience: 2+ years of CNC mill operation.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using CNC vertical mills and Fanuc controls.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of GD&T, tool heights, work offsets, and tape measures.
Education: Vocational school experience is a plus.
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting 40 lbs or more.
Attention to Detail: Ability to perform precise work and adhere to specifications.
