Pay Range: $18.00 – $35.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM / 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM / 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
• Night Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Position Overview

We are currently hiring CNC Machinists to join multiple Tulsa-based facilities. These positions involve the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines. Ideal candidates will have hands-on machining experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and a solid understanding of G & M code programming, machine troubleshooting, and precision measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines including mills, lathes, and vertical/horizontal machining centers.
• Operate HAAS, Fanuc, Mazak (Integrex), or similar controls.
• Run programs using G & M code and perform necessary offset adjustments and tool touch-ups.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments to inspect parts.
• Perform complete machine setups including loading fixtures, setting tools, and verifying part accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to maintain production flow.
• Manage multiple machine operations when required.
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety procedures are met consistently.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and perform routine maintenance on machines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1–5 years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, interpret tolerances, and understand machining principles.
• Proficient with precision measurement tools and inspection processes.
• Familiar with shop math, including fractions and decimals.
• Comfortable performing physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for most of the shift.
• Willing to purchase or already own a basic toolset and toolbox.
• Conversational programming experience (Mazatrol) is a plus.
• Aerospace or high-precision industry experience is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Climate-controlled facility (depending on location).
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, bending, squatting, and climbing.
• Use of lifting devices when possible; some manual handling may be required.
