Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a manufacturing team in Tulsa producing precision components used in high-performance air-cooled heat exchangers. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for machining metal parts to exact tolerances while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

This CNC Machinist role supports manufacturing operations serving global industries such as power generation and oil & gas.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The CNC Machinist role includes:

• Set up and operate CNC machines, mills, drill presses, band saws, and metalworking equipment
• Drill, bore, ream, mill, countersink, tap, and notch metal components with precision
• Machine parts including header pipes, blind flanges, and shafts to required tolerances
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions
• Manage tooling and monitor machine performance during operations
• Track job progress and follow production schedules
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Previous machine shop experience required
• Experience with Inventor and Fusion 360 programming required
• Strong understanding of machining tolerances and blueprint reading
• Experience writing or editing CNC programs preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work tasks
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Must wear required PPE including hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots
