Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate both CNC and manual machining equipment in a precision tooling environment. The CNC Machinist will produce, repair, and maintain plastic injection molds and precision tooling while ensuring quality, efficiency, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual machining equipment to produce precision tooling and components

• Perform machine setup, programming, and machining to specification

• Build, repair, and maintain plastic injection molds

• Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM files

• Utilize SolidWorks, Mastercam, or equivalent CAD/CAM software

• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues with team members

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe tool room environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of CNC Machinist experience

• Proficient with manual tool room machinery

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Exceptional attitude, accountability, and attendance

• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
