CNC Machinist
Pay: $21–$29/hour (DOE)

Open Shifts & Equipment

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Mon–Thurs
• Doosan Puma Lathe — heavy setups, Y-axis, live tooling, Fanuc control
• Tight-tolerance machining and strong inspection skills required

2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, Mon–Thurs
• Mazak e1250 — VTL-style machine with 8-pallet Palletech & 360-tool magazine
• EIA programming, large-part machining, and crane/rigging experience preferred

Weekend (3rd) Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri–Sun
• Doosan 2-Axis Lathe — basic setups with emphasis on accurate measuring & part quality

Position Overview

We are hiring experienced CNC Machinists to join a precision-driven manufacturing team that builds world-class fusion and fintube machinery. At our Admiral Facility, the CNC Machinist will perform complex setups, machine high-accuracy components, and help push the limits of modern machining.

This is not routine production—it’s hands-on, setup-heavy work for makers who take pride in quality, precision, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC machines with minimal supervision
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and machining specs
• Perform full setups (fixtures, tooling, offsets) and first-article inspections
• Verify quality with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges
• Troubleshoot machining and program issues in real time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience (multi-axis preferred)
• Experience with HAAS vertical mills is a plus
• Strong blueprint reading and tolerance interpretation
• Proven dependability, teamwork, and ownership of results
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail in a high-precision environment
