Pay: $20–$28/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (occasional weekends as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join a leading manufacturer of high-performance air-cooled heat exchangers in Tulsa, OK. The CNC Operator plays a vital role in the precision fabrication of components used across global operations in power generation and oil & gas industries. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, mills, drill presses, band saws, and other metalworking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform drilling, boring, reaming, milling, countersinking, tapping, and notching operations on metal components.
• Machine parts such as header pipes, blind flanges, and shafts to tight tolerances.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and detailed work instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor tooling and machine performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain precision.
• Track and document job progress, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machine shop experience required.
• Strong understanding of machining tolerances and ability to read blueprints accurately.
• Experience with CNC programming or G-code editing preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, climbing, and bending throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled, loud, and dusty environment while wearing required PPE (hearing protection, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, etc.).
