Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a precision-focused team in a climate-controlled facility located in Sand Springs, OK. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to achieve high-quality production results with minimal downtime. What You’ll Do
Operate CNC machines with precision and efficiency to meet daily production goals.
Monitor cycle times, maintaining 85–90% button-to-button productivity.
Troubleshoot tooling issues and adjust based on performance or machine sounds.
Ensure consistent machine operation with minimal downtime.
Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy across all production runs.
Collaborate with a skilled team of machinists in a clean, organized, and supportive environment.
Requirements
7+ years of CNC machining experience required.
Stable work history with long-term experience at previous employers.
Proficient knowledge of tooling, setup, and CNC machine operations.
Keen ear for identifying performance issues through machine sounds.
Must provide own tools.
Non-smoker (insurance requirement).
Must pass background check via OSCN (disclosure required for any charges).
No drug test required.
Must wear safety glasses and adhere to PPE standards.
