Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate both CNC and manual equipment for precision tooling and plastic injection mold production. This role requires strong programming knowledge, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality. The CNC Machinist will play a critical role in producing, repairing, and maintaining molds while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC and manual machining equipment to produce precision tooling and components.
Perform setup, programming, and machining of parts to specification.
Maintain and repair plastic injection molds with efficiency and accuracy.
Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM files.
Keep the tool room clean, safe, and organized.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
Use CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam, or equivalent) for programming and design tasks.
Build, repair, and maintain plastic injection molds as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of CNC Machinist experience required.
Proficient with manual tool room machinery.
High attention to detail with strong commitment to safety.
Reliable, punctual, and accountable with a strong work ethic.
Maintain an organized and safe tool room.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
