CNC Machinist
Location: Neosho, MO Pay: Starting at $18/hour (based on experience) Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Weekly Pay | Benefits Available
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for our client in Neosho. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with prior CNC machining experience who are seeking long-term employment with growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machinery to fabricate precision parts and components
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to generate accurate machining instructions
Use coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to inspect and verify part quality
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC equipment
Follow all safety guidelines while working with tools and machinery
Requirements:
Previous experience operating CNC machinery is required
Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are essential
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Proficient with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
