CNC Machinist

Location: Neosho, MO
Pay: Starting at $18/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for our client in Neosho. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with prior CNC machining experience who are seeking long-term employment with growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machinery to fabricate precision parts and components
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to generate accurate machining instructions
• Use coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to inspect and verify part quality
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines while working with tools and machinery

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery is required
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are essential
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Proficient with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
