CNC Machinist

·         Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour

·         Location: Tulsa, OK

·         Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–3:30 PM (overtime as needed)

·         Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with 3 to 4 years of experience setting up and operating multi-axis CNC machines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of machining processes and be proficient in using precision measuring tools to ensure quality production.

Responsibilities

·         Set up CNC mills and ensure high-quality part production.

·         Perform complete and accurate machine setups without assistance.

·         Properly set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines.

·         Conduct in-process inspections to verify quality.

·         Operate and monitor multiple machines as required.

·         Read CNC programs and make necessary speed and feed adjustments.

·         Troubleshoot machining jobs to ensure optimal efficiency.

·         Inspect part dimensions using precision measuring instruments (excluding CMM).

Requirements

·         Minimum 3 years of recent experience setting up and operating multi-axis CNC machines preferred.

·         Aerospace industry experience is a plus.

·         Proficiency in using precision measuring tools.

·         Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

·         Strong understanding of customer specifications and machining requirements.

·         Familiarity with G and M programming codes.

·         Proficiency in operating HAAS and Fanuc controls; experience with Mazatrol turning is a plus but not required.

·         Strong math skills and attention to detail.

·         A commitment to continuous improvement and team collaboration.

Onboarding Requirements

·         Must be able to pass a national background check.

·         Must be able to pass a full-panel drug screening.

·         Valid driver’s license required.
