Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines for a growing manufacturing company in Tulsa. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for accurate setups, precision machining, and producing high-quality parts using 3, 4, and 5-axis mills. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow your skills and take on challenging work.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines, primarily CNC mills.
• Perform in-process inspections and ensure all parts meet strict quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications, including GD&T.
• Make adjustments to speeds, feeds, and tooling during operation.
• Run multiple machines when needed and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a CNC Machinist working with multi-axis CNC machinery.
• Experience in aerospace machining is a plus.
• Familiarity with HAAS and Fanuc controls; Mazatrol experience a bonus.
• Strong skills using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Proficient in G and M codes, blueprint reading, and quality inspection processes.
• Team player with a continuous improvement mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Onboarding Requirements:

• Must pass a national background check and full-panel drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license required.
