Job Position: CNC Machinist

Pay Rate: $18.00+/hr (Based on Experience)

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM (45-Minute Lunch)

Position Overview

A well-established Claremore machine shop is seeking an experienced CNC Mill/Lathe Machinist for a day shift position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of CNC machining experience, with the ability to set up, edit, and oversee the production of high-quality parts. Candidates must be skilled machinists, not button pushers, and must be proficient in tool setting, wear offsets, and maintaining production quality. Supervisory experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

·         Set up and edit CNC machines for production runs.

·         Ensure high-quality machined parts by monitoring and adjusting tool sets and wear offsets.

·         Oversee the machining cell's quality control and production standards.

·         Operate and maintain CNC mills and lathes efficiently.

·         Troubleshoot and adjust machining parameters to optimize performance.

·         Comply with safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

·         Minimum 3+ years of recent CNC machining experience.

·         Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and offsets.

·         Experience with HAAS and Mazak machines preferred.

·         Supervisory experience is a plus.

·         Must pass background check and drug screening.
