Job Description:

Ability to set up and operate CNC, machine program or machine control monitoring screen to perform various machine functions such as cutting and punching. Determine and select machine procedures, tooling requirements, and control settings. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, material planning sheets, sketches, or related technical data to calculate and create cutting and punching programs following blueprints with minimal material usage. Ability to start machine, monitor displays, as well as machine operation to detect malfunctions; observe and listen to machine operation to detect malfunctions such as worn or damaged cutting tools or punching. Ability to identify correct material use as per Bill of Material (BOM).

Requirements: Minimum one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
