CNC Lathe Machinist

·         Pay: $23.64/hr + 5% shift differential

·         Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (with overtime possibilities)

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced CNC Lathe Machinists to join our Tulsa-based team. The ideal candidate will set up and operate standard lathe and CNC machine tools with high efficiency and precision, demonstrating proficiency in blueprint reading, machining techniques, and shop mathematics.

Key Responsibilities

·         Set up and operate standard lathe and CNC machines.

·         Read and interpret blueprints and written specifications.

·         Use all machinist hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

·         Apply knowledge of shop mathematics and machining principles.

·         Shape metal bars, forgings, and castings to exact dimensions and finishes.

·         Work with various metals, speeds, and feeds based on material and job requirements.

·         Ensure production and quality standards are met with minimal rejected parts.

·         Operate one or more machines as needed to maintain optimal productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         Conversational programming experience preferred (Mazatrol).

·         Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.

·         Strong math skills, including fractions and decimals.

·         Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

·         High school diploma or equivalent required.

·         Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
