CNC Header/Drill Machinist
Pay: Starting at $22+/hr (DOE)

About the Role:

Join our team as a CNC Header/Drill Machinist, where you’ll operate state-of-the-art CNC machines to cut, drill, and mill a variety of materials. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can read blueprints, planning sheets, and technical documents to set up, operate, and fine-tune the machine for precise results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and align tooling using an overhead crane.
• Assemble cutting tools and load control media.
• Calculate and adjust machine settings, start the machine, and monitor for issues.
• Make necessary adjustments, change cutters, and manually operate the machine when needed.
• Measure and inspect workpieces to ensure they meet specifications.
• Communicate discrepancies to the supervisor and resolve control media errors.
• Keep accurate production records and perform routine machine maintenance.

What You Bring:

• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least two years of relevant experience or training.
