Pay: $26 – $31 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Drill Operator to join a Sand Springs production team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC drilling machines to produce precision parts and components according to detailed technical drawings and specifications. The CNC Drill Operator will play an important role in maintaining high quality and safety standards while meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC drilling machines to perform drilling, tapping, and related machining operations.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and maintain tolerances.
• Document production data and report deviations or defects to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating CNC drilling machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
