Position Overview

We are currently hiring an experienced CNC Drill Operator for a manufacturing facility in Sand Springs. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay for night shift hours. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operating CNC drilling machines, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. The CNC Drill Operator plays a key role in producing precision components to meet quality and production standards.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience operating CNC drilling machines in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs as needed

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As a CNC Drill Operator, your responsibilities will include:
• Setting up and operating CNC drilling machines to perform drilling, tapping, and machining operations
• Interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements
• Loading raw materials and monitoring machine operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Inspecting finished parts using precision measurement tools
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues
• Adjusting machine settings to maintain tight tolerances and optimal performance
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Documenting production data and reporting any defects or deviations to supervisors

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs as needed
• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and working around machinery in a manufacturing environment
