CNC Brake Press

Pay: $17-20/hr.

Hours: 1st shift, 2nd shift and weekend shift available!

Job Requirements:

Own or be willing to purchase the minimum set of tools required for the job and a locking toolbox. REQUIRED TOOLS: Certified 12" Caliper and tape measure. Previous experience in CNC Press Brake operation. Experience deburring parts. Must be able to select proper punches, dyes, and tooling. Load programs from external downloads or manually without assistance. Interpret all prints, sketches, verbal descriptions, operate calipers, and protractors. Must be able lift up to 50lbs.

Job Description:

Climate controlled facility, where tight tolerance sheet metal products are produced. Setting up and operating a CNC Hydraulic Press to bend metal plates specified by blueprints, layouts, and templates. Measure parts Make flange and angle adjustments

Machines used: CNC Press Brake, AMADA, TRUMPF, ACCUPRESS, BYSTRONIC, CINCINNATI.
