Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is hiring experienced and dependable CDL Flatbed Drivers for a long-term opportunity in Joplin, MO. This is a steady, home-daily position with consistent overtime and weekly pay. The CDL Flatbed Driver will safely operate flatbed routes, ensuring timely and secure deliveries without loading or unloading responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

• Operate flatbed trucks for scheduled routes and deliveries.
• Secure loads by strapping and unstrapping — no climbing required.
• Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily.
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery records.
• Return home daily after route completion.

Requirements

• Valid CDL License with a clean MVR.
• Current DOT Physical Card required.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check (no felonies).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Must be punctual and adaptable to early-morning schedules.
