CDL Driver

Job Description:

Drive semi with trailer some with items weighing up to 50 tons and 20’ wide. Over-width and overweight. Supply trailers to the areas that require them as needed, i.e. structure, header bay for transporting heads to stress, heat treat, assembly for load out of completed units. Ability to load and unload materials that are to be transported to and from vendors. Help unload and sort, mark, and organize galvanized loads after they are checked if help is needed. Transport loads to and from vendors inside the port and around the Tulsa metro area as needed. Any other transportation needs for all the plants as directed by supervision or lead persons. Help with any material handling that may be needed anywhere in the shop as time allows. Must meet all requirements of the Fleet Policy. Computer skills is preferred to cross-train in all areas of the shipping and warehouse departments. Perform daily inspections on the company trucks and report any need for repairs to the Supervisor and maintenance. Document and maintain equipment and yard inventory of coolers and bundles. Must have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, must be a qualified competent driver, meet requirements of the Department of Transportation, COMPANY INC. TS Fleet Policy, and shall maintain an acceptable driving record.
